We are a full-service digital agency based in Melbourne Australia and Colombo Sri Lanka. We house a fun and exciting team of creative individuals. We have two main arms, our Digital Development and Marketing Team arm working with external clients to create amazing digital assets for their companies.
The role itself is broken into three parts
Your first responsibility to your portfolio is making sure they are getting the best possible ROI from their current services with Webco. This would see you running quarterly sessions with them and helping with everything from the technical aspects of their product to their general marketing strategy.
Up-selling & Cross-selling
The second part of your role would involve you looking for strategic opportunities to either up-sell services to clients, or look for new opportunities that would complement their current services or help them achieve their digital marketing objectives. You can also use this part of your role to look for a referral-based business.
The final part of your role would be based around contract renewals and client retention this would see you providing clients with insights into their campaigns and educating them on the value of our services. This is the smallest part of the role although certainly a critical part.
This role is certainly suited to an account manager with a "Sales Focused " type mentality.
