If you are not sure of how formal you should be its always better to choose a more formal outfit that dress down and look casual.
How to decide what to wear?
The best way is to research and get an idea of how formal the standard company culture is, and then dress a level higher. Even if the company employees dress very casually, remember that you are not one of them as yet, which means you have to dress to impress first. A simple style is usually best without over doing make-up and accessories. Dressing well is one thing and most importantly how you feel about yourself when you dress a certain way.
The clothes you wear can impact your self-confidence and ultimately the way you carry yourself at the interview.
