Requirements

1. High school diploma or equivalent in Hospitality Management preferred 2. Previous experience in hotel reservations or customer service role is an advantage 3. Proficiency in property management systems 4. Excellent verbal and written ENGLISH communication skills 5. Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail 6. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
