Key Responsibilities : * Assist in managing day-to-day club operations * Lead and motivate staff during shifts * Ensure Member satisfaction & handle Member queries * Monitor inventory, supplies & maintenance * Support event planning and execution * Report to Manager
Requirements
Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role (preferably in clubs, hotels, or events) Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
